Do I need an appointment or can I come in right now?

You do not need an appointment, just walk in and we will take care of you. We are open Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Where are you located?

We are located at 1080 Stelton Road in Piscataway (on the corner of Stelton Road and Metlars Lane).

Do you treat children?

We see children 2 years old and older.

What do you treat?

We treat a wide range of illnesses and injuries including back pain, cuts and infections. We also provide a wide range of preventive care or physicals that may be necessary for school, work or summer camp.

When do I need to go the emergency room?

A list of situations where you have to go to the emergency room is posted under Services. Some of them are: chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe abdominal pain, loss of consciousness, excessive bleeding, or active labor.

Do you take insurance?

Yes. We take most major insurances.

How long will I have to wait to see a doctor?

Wait times at The JFK Urgent Care Center are significantly less than in the typical emergency room. Usually you will be seen within 10-15 minutes of completing your check-in.

I can’t get to my doctor early enough, can I just walk in for a check-up or medication refill?

Yes, we can see you same day without an appointment.

What if I need to see a specialist?

If the provider feels the need to refer you to a specialist like a Cardiologist or Endocrinologist, a list of specialists in the area will be provided to you at check-out.
